  I am very happy with my Downer Milo Guards.  After trying various types of guards these are the most hassle-free rugged-built guards I've used.  There are no wires or rods to catch and bend into my sickle & hold-downs.  The Downer Guards' simple design is far superior than other brands.  I firmly believe my grain loss was nearly eliminated,especially when turning around on headlands.  The heads don't drop off the front like other guards.  I can't think of anything I would change about them.  Thank you for building an excellent guard.  It makes cutting milo enjoyable again!

  I felt that there was less loss than the old wire type milo guards and never lost any sections because they bolt on instead of clips.  Milo heads that lay on guards very seldom fall off or through slots, which reduces loss.

  Felt they are worth the cost and will pay for themselves.
